So, I’ve lost two friends to drugs in less than three years. The second one died yesterday. I have known him since I was an impressionable 14 year old girl. He introduced me to the guitar which I will be forever grateful for. He and I dated for two years in high school. He took me to my first rock concert. He and I, also, had the great pleasure of seeing a Nirvana show! The show was about 6 or 7 months before Kurt Cobain took his own life. I do not know if my friend took his own life or if he accidently over-dosed. I may never know. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his son.
